What is Toptracer?
Toptracer is the same technology you see on TV broadcasts of PGA and European Tour events.Toptracer started as Protracer in Sweden in 2006 and was later purchased by Topgolf in 2016 and renamed Toptracer.

How does Toptracer Work?
Camera sensors are mounted on the edges of tee line 100 feet apart (can be found on the roof or a pole structure). The cameras track simultaneous golf shots across the entire range, sending all of the data to the screens at the bay.

What is considered a shot?
• Needs to carry more than 35 yards
• At least 10 feet high
• High lob shots that are shorter than 70 yards are not considered shots
• Needs to be in tracking zone for at least one second
• A shot must enter the tracking zone during the first 20 yards of ball flight
